What will you do ?

- Plan and manage all daily operations.

- Hire, coach and supervise personnel.

- Build and nurture a team of talented writers and editors.

- Assign tasks to writers and editors.

- Create and manage detailed content schedules.

- Oversee proofreading and finalizing copies with style and tone.

- Resolve team issues as they arise.

- Analyze performance metrics to quantify results.

- Monitor and optimise performance to meet targets.

- Implement best practices, workflows, tools and templates to maximise efficiency and effectiveness.

What we expect from you?-

- Previous experience in the IT/ Content industry (at least 3 years).

- Masters/Bachelors in Engineering, IT or Computer Science or Electronics.

- Exceptional ability in writing and editing.

- In depth knowledge of SEO concepts.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
