Job description :

Content-whale is a leading content writing agency in India and is providing content writing services around the globe. We are creating a product-driven portal and the role of the product specialist must be to handle and develop the portal.

Job roles and responsibilities :

1. To implement upgrades in the system for customer, admin, editor, and writer.

2. Training collaterals- Conduct system training sessions for the field team

3. Decongestion and Enhancement, Integrations with client centric CRM (Zoho)

4. Workflow management- Automations / Simplification, conduct UAT

5. Design level upgrades- auto generation of processes to simplify the workflow, reduce TAT

6. Collaborate with the development team to implement the changes and process driven checks. a. Performance management

b. Create production capacity plans and track performance

7. Coordinate with field teams and align the product accordingly

8. Governance

a. Weekly Model Monitoring Meeting

b. Feed-back and Feed-forward sessions with field team

9. Uphold Strong Pipeline

a.TAT (Customer TAT): Aggressive forward pipeline for faster deliveries and cut down the levels

b. TAT (Customer TAT): Backward system pipeline to monitor revisions closely

c. Identifying cases and loopholes

d.Market penetration

Skills required : Basic coding skills, deep understanding of the portal {training shall be provided}, good speaking skills {English}, analytical skills, business skills, and strategic thinking.

Note : Candidates from Engineering CS and IT background will be preferred
