Content Specialist - eCommerce (3-5 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Review short form video content from a diverse set of creators, public figures, and influencers with a focus on digital trends and music culture
- Research on cultural trends across a diverse spectrum of topics
- Identify online trends and personalities, including emerging memes and cultural conversations
- Track, analyze, and communicate quantitative and qualitative metrics
- Collaborate with our product teams to improve user experience
- Have the ability to work a weekend schedule as trends and cultural events require, including Saturday and Sundays on an extended basis
- Capture and highlight the best content from wide range of topics, including pop culture, celebrities, comedy, music, sports and food
- Produce videos complete with their script and directions for technical teams
- Writing for social media posts - creatives, captions and videos.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION :
- 3-5 years of experience in digital video content production, editorial/publishing, or creator/influencer talent
- Experience in social media management with a focus on short-video
- Content writing experience and producer skills
- Familiarity with teen entertainment trends
- Proficiency with basic analytical tools (Excel). Strong analytical mindset
- Knowledge of a third language is a plus.
