Position : Content & Social Media Manager - AM / DM

Department : Media

Location : Kolkata

Reports to: GM - Digital Media

Experience- 3-7 Yrs

ROLE OBJECTIVE

1. Oversee Emami brands social media accounts

2. Handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

3. Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

4. Handle social competition tracking.

5. Guide brand teams on managing social assets

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Understand business objectives and identify the role of social media in meeting the goals.

2. Develop creative and communication strategy for social channels in line with current social trends and brand proposition.

3. Ideate, create and publish engaging content and social campaigns on the identified social channels in line with the brand proposition, goals identified and key measurement metrics.

4. Set specific objectives and report on ROI

5. You will be required to create original content and engage the social audience in line with the objectives.

6. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)

7. Measure and monitor the impact of social campaigns and content strategy. Analyse, review and report the effectiveness in order to optimize efforts and maximize results.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Education : Post-Graduation

Experience : 3 Years- experience in Social Media

CTC : 9-10 LPA

DESIRED SKILLS

Functional

- Understanding of top Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.) and how to engage customers through them.

- Keep up to date with social and digital trends.

- Hands on experience in content management.

- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.

- Knowledge of online marketing channels

Behavioral

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
