Content Operation Role - BPO (1-5 yrs)
- Proficient in English, flexible mind, keen, Internet innovation.
- Be good at document arrangement and provide copywriting and rules for activities.
- Responsible for providing viewable content to users. For example: product description, picture uploading, LOGO uploading, FAQ, etc.
- Responsible for website editing, including page layout, Policy & Information, Customer Service Express, etc.
- Responsible for the content review, including the review of each module of the website backstage, the review of discount code, the review of activity advertorials, and whether the product pictures meet the requirements, etc.
- Responsible for product operation, such as providing content supply chain and users' reading interest points, providing considerable content operation data, making new, retaining and improving DAU based on content operation)
