Content Manager - IT (4-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement content strategy (blog, website content and info graphics) with respect to marketing targets
- Managing a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.
- Work with marketing team to plan and generate content, its layout and design etc.
- Edit, proofread and improve content.
- Use organic content for lead generation.
- Manage content distribution on various online channels and social media platforms for increasing web traffic.
- Use web analytics to track content engagement levels.
- Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
- Optimize all the contents according to SEO
- Maintain legal compliance of all data and work
- Ability to work independently to manage content projects in a dynamic environment
Desired Skills & Requirements :
- Proven experience of 4-5 years as Content Manager
- Bachelors or Master's degree in Journalism/Marketing or relevant field
- Experience in Social Media Content Creation (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Experience of PR and promotional events
- Knowledge of SEO, web traffics and word press is an added advantage
- Familiarity with basic HTML and online publishing
