Content Manager - D2C Business (5-6 yrs)
- We are helping one of our favorite clients look for a talented and experienced Content Manager to join their marketing team in Bengaluru. It is well established brand, expanding its online and offline business.
- As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating and managing high-quality content across all platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies for brand campaigns, ideate and conceptualize content ideas, and drive engagement and conversion.
1 Create and manage high-quality content for all platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
2 Develop and execute content strategies that align with the overall marketing plan and brand messaging.
3 Ideate and conceptualize content ideas that drive engagement and conversion.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content that is consistent with brand guidelines.
4 Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, including engagement, conversion, and ROI.
5 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content strategy and execution.
6 Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure all content is aligned with brand messaging and business goals.
7 Manage and mentor junior content team members to develop their skills and grow their careers.
1 5 to 6 years of experience in content management, ideally with a D2C brand.
2 Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
3 Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
4 Demonstrated ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
5 Familiarity with content management systems, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
