Opportunity Description :

- Mandatory Very good communication skills- Spanish

- Mandatory Gaming interest either Personal/ Professional or Gaming experience.

- Content Moderation experience that includes moderating platforms such as Discord, TikTok, YouTube etc..

- Minimum 1 year experience as a Moderator

- Reactive moderation experience

- Should understand the content guidelines and identify content that needs to be flagged or escalated further

About the Opportunity:

1. Monitor user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and audio, within the gaming platform to identify and address any violations of community guidelines and terms of service.

2. Review and moderate user-generated content submissions in a timely and consistent manner, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

3. Enforce and apply established moderation policies and guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful gaming environment.

4. Escalate complex or high-risk moderation cases to the appropriate team members or management, as necessary.

5. Provide regular reports and insights on moderation activities, including trends, emerging issues, and potential improvements to moderation processes.

6. Contribute to the development and enhancement of moderation policies, procedures, and guidelines based on user feedback, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with users, ensuring their concerns are handled with empathy and respect.

8. Previous experience in content moderation, community management, or a similar role within the gaming industry is highly desirable.

9. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely.

10. Proficient in using content moderation tools and platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.

11. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency and accuracy while reviewing large volumes of content.

12. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments and decisions in fast-paced environments.

13. Familiarity with legal and regulatory considerations related to online content moderation is a plus.

This Opportunity would be a Work From Home (WFH) opportunity and would be on a contract basis, please note that this is NOT a full time employment opportunity. The role would also require the applicants to have their own equipment (network connectivity, laptop, headphones etc.) meeting the Arise Standards.
