Job Description

- Translate industry/business needs to learning needs

- Map learning needs to functional and behavioral competencies to be addressed

- Articulate a learning and assessment strategy and a big picture learning roadmap using blended learning strategy

- Create tech enabled content across assessments, videos, articles, infographics, games

- Design content using knowledge of instructional design - to visualize and create engaging content including gamification, simulations, role play shoots, specialized learning material

- Commission sub-projects including language translation, video shoots for role plays, industry scenario mapping, mock role play video/audio shoots, article writing, assessment questions creation etc

- Create assessments and manage ongoing learning/assessment products for different industry segments/competencies/learning needs

- Manage content development teams as a project for specific delivery timelines

- Comes from an Learning and Development background, should have personally trained delegates and designed content on behavioural skills training.

- Should have at least 3 years experience in instructional designing and creating content, in at least 2 of the following genres - assessment questions, role play scripting, video scripting, learning articles/blogs,

- Ability to think up new-age learning through gamification, role plays, simulations, videos

- Past exposure of having worked and trained for BPO, hospitality, retail and/or telecom industries

- Have a creative bent of mind, with interests in blogging, movies, music, philosophy, art, cartoons, literature. Well read, travelled, with great insights on human beings

- Tech savvy, understanding of how mobile apps, AI are reshaping education

- Exposure to theatre, photography, video shooting

Education

- Post Graduation

- MBA or PG in English

Experience

- Min 3 yrs to 4 yrs of experience

- Learning & Development and Training background

- Instructional Designing and Content Creation experience
