Job Responsibilities :
- Create training content using Instructional design principles
- Determine learning objectives using Bloom's Taxonomy
- Research articles, academic books and scholarly works on multiple subjects
- Write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
- Visualize content/instructional graphics
- Create assessments
- Use emerging trends in education and learning in the development of content
Experience and Competencies Required:
- Proven working experience in instructional design
- Working experience in learning or training industry
- Analytical - should be comfortable working with number-oriented topics
- Logical and structured thinking
- Strong ability to plan and a sharp focus on timelines
Academic Qualification :
- Graduate in any subject / Diploma or degree in instructional design OR Postgraduate
