Job Description :

- We are seeking a skilled English Content Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating integrated lesson plans that utilize both textual materials and Learning Management System (LMS) features to enhance the learning experience. As an English Content Developer, you will play a key role in designing engaging and effective educational content that aligns with curriculum standards and meets the needs of diverse learners.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop comprehensive lesson plans for English language instruction, incorporating a variety of textual materials such as articles, essays, stories, and poems.

2. Integrate LMS features, including multimedia resources, interactive quizzes, discussion boards, and assignment modules, to supplement lesson content and promote student engagement.

3. Collaborate with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to ensure alignment of content with educational objectives and standards.

4. Adapt lesson plans to accommodate different learning styles, proficiency levels, and cultural backgrounds of students.

5. Conduct ongoing assessment and evaluation of lesson effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to optimize student learning outcomes.

6. Stay informed about current trends, research, and best practices in English language teaching and learning, incorporating relevant innovations into lesson design.

7. Provide support and guidance to instructors in implementing lesson plans effectively within the LMS environment.

8. Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, assessments, and student progress, utilizing LMS tools for documentation and data analysis.

9. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills in content development, instructional design, and technology integration.

10. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and innovation in English language instruction, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of educational programs.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience in developing educational content for English language instruction, preferably in an online or blended learning environment.

- Strong understanding of pedagogical principles and best practices in language teaching and learning.

- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard, to create and deliver instructional content.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Familiarity with educational technologies, multimedia tools, and digital resources for language instruction.
