Roles and Responsibilities:
(Experienced in Audio/video editing, knowledge or experience in Animation)
- Technical Expertise: Articulate studio/storyline/Articulate 360, Camtasia, knowledge of Basic, MS Office including advanced PowerPoint skills (ability to create macros within PowerPoint), InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamwaver and Visio
- Content Expertise: ILT to WBT conversion, Quality Check, Assessment creation, Gamification, High- and Low-level design, Storyboard
- Training Need, LMS, training management, Learning and Development, Training and Development, Expertise in designing, developing, planning, implementing, and assessing training documentation
- Demonstrated experience developing a courseware, performance support aids, online tutorials, lesson and curriculum planning and/or other training materials including gaming modules, learning videos and content simplification
- Newsletters, brochures, infographics, presentations, mailers, posters, event branding, standees, banners, email templates, Training content, Computer Based Tutorials, Alignment with LMS for score mapping etc.
- Rephrase and organize the content to meet the learning/Training needs
- Handles multiple projects simultaneously and independently
- Should be analytical, problem solving and self-driven, pro-active & flexible enough to work under pressure
