This is a full-time role for a Content & Creative Design Expert at RealVibe. We are seeking a talented and creative Content & Design Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and delivering visually appealing and engaging content for our diverse range of clients. This role requires a combination of graphic design skills, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of various industries to produce content that resonates with target audiences. The person will be responsible for creating & developing content for social media campaigns across various platforms. Must have out of the box thinking & can go extra mile to understand the client requirements.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop creative and visually compelling content for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and other marketing channels. Create engaging graphics, images, and multimedia content tailored to the specific needs and brand guidelines of clients.

Design Development:

Design eye-catching visuals, including but not limited to banners, social media posts, infographics, and advertisements. Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure the alignment of design concepts with overall campaign strategies.

Industry Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging design technologies to bring innovative ideas to the table. Understand the unique requirements and nuances of different industries, adapting design strategies accordingly.

Client Collaboration:

Work closely with clients to understand their vision, requirements, and brand identity. Present design concepts, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to meet client expectations.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Qualifications:

- Having at least 2-3 years of experience in content & design creation

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.

- Proven experience in graphic design and content creation, preferably in a digital agency setting.

- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Video editing, Website designs, shopify design, coral draw).

- Proven experience as a Social Media Creator or similar role with a portfolio of previous work.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences, algorithms, and best practices

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- A strong eye for visual composition, story-telling, and creating a visual narrative
