The Employer :

Our client is an AdTech firm that closed a later-stage funding round late last year. Adapting to the changed markets, the firm and its teams are now accelerating its offerings reach with remote being the new normal today. Join them and contribute to this accelerated growth!

The Job :

- You will be working directly with the Founder and will look into defining the content strategy roadmap. You will also be involved in building a team that would grow to become a strong pillar supporting the firm's growth. Your work includes:

- Creating, reviewing, editing and updating content both for internal requirements and client needs.

- Assisting all creative teams with designing and executing the projects.

- Recruiting junior professionals and training them as per the requirements.

The Profile :

- You have at least 2 years experience in Content Marketing or Content Strategy roles.

- Solid background in at least one of the creative fields is required like - Videography, Video Editing, Script Writing, Content Writing, Video Making etc.

- You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.

- Experience working in Media Tech or AdTech space would be advantageous.

- You possess excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.

- Fluency in other regional languages would be advantageous.

- You are comfortable working in a fast paced environment with stringent timelines.

- You cans set and manage expectations, both internal and client side.

- You are a fast learner who can own and lead projects with minimal hand-holding.
