We are an executive search firm looking for the following opening for our client .

The company is a unique entrepreneurial venture that aims to collaborate with the key entities in the BFSI Sector to launch a series of professional certifications that are aimed at creating productive and skilled professionals and entrepreneurs for the industry. We are looking for self-driven individuals who wish to make an impact on the society and participate in a large-scale initiative that is OF, BF and FOR the industry.

Job Profile: Content Creation

Location: BKC, Bandra

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Responsibilities:

- Create and execute content strategy for the organization

- Strategically prepare various curricula of certification courses are in a structured manner

- Create presentations, notes, trainer instructions, student's handouts and similar essential literature

- Contribute to the course design through ideas, cases, stories, case-lets etc.

- Coordinate with the team and external stakeholders for preparation and delivery of the content

- Updating and modifying dynamic content

Requirements:

- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the content creation (preferably BFSI sector)

- Team player with good communication and written skills

- Hands on execution-oriented personality with ability to think strategically

- Proficient in handling PowerPoint, word, excel and/or equivalent software needed for creation and presentation

- Experience in working with LMS platforms

- Experience in creating/understanding digital content

- Ability to fact-check lengthy content pieces

- Possess a creative bent of mind and passionate to grow and add value to the endeavor of organization

- Strong individuals who want to give wings to their entrepreneurial ambitions and create legacy

- Diligent, organized and methodical in approach

- Positive attitude and excited to build scale
