Roles & Responsibilities : 

- The content writer will be involved in writing promotional technical content in the software services area, preference will be for experience in B2B application development, data analytics/data science area.

- As part of the role, work closely with sales, solution teams, and subject matter experts to articulate impeccable content for Contata's web and corporate presence and maintain a written materials repository. You should also be able to follow editorial guidelines when creating content.

Technical Skill Sets : 

Must-Have :

- Developing content for solution elements (e.g., thought leadership, solution playbooks, value proposition) at a defined quality standard in collaboration with SMEs.

- Experience with developing the content strategy for web copy, marketing collaterals/repositories for Software services & solutions (mainly Digital Transformation, Data Science/Analytics, Product Engineering, etc.)

- Experience with content for periodic mar-com materials viz. brochures, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, flyers, etc for different software services/domains.

- Experience with content for informative, industry-focused, and strong SEO-friendly thought leadership articles, blogs, editorials as well as interactive social media posts.

- Ability to proof-read the materials drafted by SMEs/other stakeholders

- Ability to conceptualize and create metrics-driven, and out-of-the-box infographics.

- Should exhibit good web-based research skills to look for statistics/information in new areas (domain, service areas).

- Excellent written communication skills and good verbal comprehension skills are required.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with writing video concepts and frame-by-frame scripts for explainer videos

- Draft subject-rich and target-focused emailers for scheduled campaigns

- Nice to have a good understanding of the latest technologies, Digital Transformation, etc.

- Writing exp in App Development and Data Science (data engg., Analytics, BI, Dashboard etc)
