- Handling queries from the US & Canada, over calls and chats related to flights, hotel bookings, travel insurance & car transfers/rentals.
- Offering the best available deals and then converting them into Sales.
- Need to assertively handle all calls and keep a strong track of follow-ups.
- Target based profile and great incentives.

- Excellent English skills - Ability to Speak, Read & Write
- 2 yrs to 3 yrs of experience as Customer Care mandatory
