Designation : Travel Sales Consultant / Senior Travel Consultant / Travel Sales Trainee (Apprenticeship)
Job location: Mohali, Phase-8B (Work from office)
Requirements for Travel Sales Trainee (Apprentice):
#Fresh graduate with Degree/Diploma in Travel & Tourism may apply.
#Candidates pursuing in last semester, available for internships may also apply
# Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi. Fluency in Punjabi will be an added advantage.
# Candidates pursuing /completed diploma from Frankfinn /Bird Academy / IATA / IGIA may also apply.
Requirements for Travel Sales Consultant / Senior Travel Sales Consultant:
- Well-versed with any of the GDS (Global Distribution System), eg Amadeus, Travelport Galileo, Sabre, and Appollo
- Fluent communication skills (written and oral) in English, and Hindi. Speaking abilities in Punjabi fluently will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of Domestic International and Domestic Flight fares.
- Need to assertively handle all calls and keep a strong track of follow ups
- Candidate should be good in articulation & comprehension.
- Is able to determine the travel needs, budgets and preferences.
We have 3 international inbound calling processes, Namely - Australia, New Zealand & United Kingdom (For Mann Travel Australia based out of Melbourne, Victoria).
