Job Description :

As a Consultant your responsibilities would include:

- Generate revenue in your area of specialisation ( Banking & Financial Services) in a target driven environment

- Identify and develop client business relationship in your specialisation by regular farming/ hunting in Business Development

- Build mutual benefiting relationships with clients and work as part of a passionate team to maximize company's commercial performance.

- Meet your weekly and monthly KPI's in a team based environment

- Source suitable candidates from various channels across India including advertising, market mapping, headhunting, referral network, technology etc

- Maintain candidate network, Contribute to the attraction of candidates and all other aspects of candidate management

- Interview candidates on a general & specific assignments and brief them on the opportunities offered by the client

- Manage the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond. That includes sourcing and interviewing candidates, negotiating salary packages and presenting suitable candidates to clients.

The Successful Candidate :

- You have an MBA with 3- 6 years of work experience in a client facing role/ sales BD profile.

- You are currently working in a Recruitment firm handling a portfolio of MNC clients

- You are handling a monthly Revenue and work in a Target based environment.

- You are not shy to pick up the phone and make a warm/cold call to someone to pitch your business.

- You are proactive, business savvy and suave. Being attention to detail is a pre-requisite to apply

- You are persistent, resilient, have excellent communication skills, an amicable personality and a hunger to succeed. Bearing in mind that this is a sales-based role you must have the ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills and self-motivation in a client facing environment.

- You are competitive and appreciate being in a meritocratic culture where the work in years count for more than the years at work.

- You are genuine team player, enthusiastic, dynamic and open-minded.
