Position: Social media consultant
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any field
Location: Hyderabad
Work experience required: 4 to 5 years, with relevant experience in handling medium ; large social media campaigns.
Process Description:
- Help one of the world's largest social media advertisers derive more value and returns from their investments on the ad platforms.
- Account Strategists provide guidance/support to advertisers via regularly planned multiple touch point communications that include inbound/outbound calls & emails.
Job Responsibilities :
- Understand the advertiser's business requirements and accordingly formulate a marketing solution for achieving their business objectives ; in the process leveraging various features of their Online Marketing platform
- Provide outbound consultations to advertisers and drive sales activities to achieve productivity and revenue targets
- Help customers better utilize their advertising budgets and derive maximum value from investments
- Build strong working relationships with customers and keep them informed of new product features
- Issue / escalation management & resolution
Skills required:
