Consultant/Senior Lead - International Sales - IT (6-10 yrs)

Location - Hyderabad (Local or Willing to relocate)

Remuneration - 15 to 20 LPA

Notice period - 20 to 30 days at max (Immediate joining preferred).

Job Brief:

We are looking for a talented and competitive Sr. Lead IT Sales Consultant having International sales exposure who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. This is a high impact, very visible role responsible for ensuring the closing of enterprise sales deals within assigned accounts and identifying new accounts as well.

Responsibilities :

- Participate in lead generation strategies, such as cold calling, to identify business prospects and create a list of potential customers.

- Are able to present & demonstrate the value proposition to prospects via phone/email.

- Convert marketing-generated leads to qualified opportunities and follows the qualification process for opportunities generated.

- Meet or Exceed Monthly Activity, Opportunity, and Revenue targets.

- Generate & maintain a healthy pipeline to ensure that the Inside Sales team has an adequate number of qualified opportunities to work upon.

- Ensure customer requirements and closure of opportunities/sales.

- Identify barriers to commercialization and worth leadership to address issues

- Leverage business growth, engineering, and marketing resources and provide input on current collateral materials and ideas on how to improve them.

- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product teams, and inside sales in order to drive revenue.

- Update all the leads in CRM in accordance with workflow for tracking and reporting purposes.

- Drive awareness into the account base through regular email/call campaigns and drive attendance to events, live and online seminars.

- Provide regular updates on revenue closed, opportunities created, and activity levels.

- Develop sales strategies to support the organization's growth strategy and objectives.

Accountabilities and Performance Measures :

- Achieve assigned conversion targets.

- Achieve qualitative parameters as per targets.

- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards [basis customer feedback].

Significant Requirements :

- Must possess IT services International Sales experience for markets - US, or Europe, or Canada.

- 6 to 8+ years of successful previous experience in B2B Sales, Software Sales and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

- Prior experience of working in an International Inside Sales set up - tech sales background required.

- Flexibility - the ability to work in a dynamic environment not restricted to shifts and Geo.

- The technical bent of mind - ability to learn new tools on the go and open to constant learning.

- Familiarity with CRM, and Inside Sales methods.

- Ability to work in a team environment.

- Good understanding of the SAAS industry.

- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
