Consultant/Senior Consultant - Sales - Healthcare (5-10 yrs)
Job Purpose :
The ideal candidate will develop relationships with people who come for consultation and offer the right solution in the form of hair loss treatment based on a person's face, age, profession, personality and expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide thorough hair check to diagnose the hair loss stage.
- Educate the client on hair loss fundamentals and provide need base counseling.
- Understand the expectations, pitch for the right procedure & products and relate them with achievable end result by making a client visualize the recommendation.
- Set consultation and conversion targets with analysis on a daily basis.
- Achieve the desired conversion ratio and contribute to revenue generation at the studio on a monthly basis.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
Experience :
5+ year of sales consulting and business intelligence experience.
Required Skills :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Customer service approach.
