Job Description :

- Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

- Must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

Roles and Responsibility :

- Help travelers book vacation homes and close deals over phone and email.

- Drive booking and revenue numbers higher by creating innovative travel solutions that address client needs

- Handle escalations in a calm manner

- Go the extra mile to meet or exceed sales targets and facilitate future sales.

- Answer questions about the service or the company.

- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

- Provide problem resolutions to customer queries over the phone, email, and chat platforms.

Desired Qualification : Bachelor in Engineer and relevant field.

Desired Experience Profile :

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.

- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Skills such as persuasion, escalation handling, solution providing, sales, writing, closing.

- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

- The motivation for sales, and identification of customer needs and challenges.

- A performance and solution-oriented approach.

- Bias for action, strong work ethic, and desire to achieve excellence.
