- Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus) and Airport Codes.
- Converting the Inbound Spanish calls(U.S PAX) into a sales.
- Responsible for providing clients with some of the best travel deals.
- Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Ideal Candidate :
Required Candidate profile :
- Must have experience on Destination Oriented calls and Generic Calls.
- Proficient in Spanish speaking and writing.
- Excellent Geographical knowledge of US.
