Job description :
- Converting the inbound Spanish calls into a sales call and thus generating revenue for the company.
- Responsible for providing clients with some of the best travel deals in the industry.
- Meeting targets while maintaining quality and accuracy are the desirable characteristics.
- Should have the knowledge of GDS (Amadeus, Sabre)
Required Candidate profile :
- Must have experience on Destination Oriented calls, Brand Calls and Generic Calls
- Excellent Spanish communication skills and comprehensible English
- Exp.in U.S. Travel Process.
- Excellent Geographical knowledge
