Job Description
- Handling Customer Service & Sales Calls from US Customers
- We are looking for candidates who have previously worked in US travel process only. We are not looking for freshers.
- Candidate must have good knowledge of GDS (AMEDUS) for Travel sales.
- Follow up with new and existing customers.
- Meeting monthly performance metrics
Skills Required :
- US Travel Exp -Flight sales
- Amadeus
- Handling new booking, queries.
- Issue/Reissue tickets
- Should know how to make mco
- Excellent Communication skills
