About the Role :
Business Vertical : Recruitment Solutions
Position : Recruitment Solutions Consultant (RSC)-Sales
Location : Bangalore/Mumbai/Kolkata
Job Description :
KPI 1 (60%) :
- Hunting/Prospecting new clients on a daily/monthly basis and meeting the weekly and monthly targets.
- Partnership with startups/Enterprises for their recruitment needs and doing smooth on boarding
- Understanding the detailed requirements and hand it over to the sourcing team
KPI 2 (40%) :
- Relationship management with the Hiring Managers/TA heads/Business Heads and keeping them engaged through newsletters, blogs and other tools
- Participating in Industry events in your city and doing presentations and networking
- Building pipeline through Linkedin and references
- Doing Cross selling and up selling of various solutions
What we are looking for :
- 1-5 Years of similar experience in the Industry is preferred. Freshers can apply
- Should be goal oriented and target driven and self motivated
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good networked in social platforms and hands on with various lead generation tools
