Consultant - Sales - Real Estate (5-8 yrs)
Landlord Representation :
- To identify, assist landlords in promoting their properties by inspecting and recommending them to prospective clients
- To get the property listing form filled along with fee confirmation through email or handcopy.
- To keep the landlords informed about status of demand for their property
- To represent landlords in negotiations and agree upon a mutual offer
Client Representation :
- To generate leads, evaluate and service clients by guiding them through shortlisting and inspecting suitable properties according to their requirements
- To collect and provide all relevant information about the properties regarding legal guidelines, rate and specifications
- To negotiating a mutual offer between the client and the landlord after assessing the market value of the property
- To communicate terms and conditions laid down by the landlord prior to drafting of lease agreement
- Facilitate signing of agreements and documentation of all necessary communications
Database :
- To contribute to adding more properties to the data bank by sourcing, networking and collaborating with external mediators
- To ensure and maintain cordial relationship with clients and landlords
