Consultant - Sales - Real Estate (1-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the local real estate market trends and property values.
- Prospect, qualify, and generate sales leads through various methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property evaluations and provide clients with accurate and competitive market analyses.
- Guide clients through the entire real estate process, from property search to closing the deal, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Negotiate and draft offers and contracts, ensuring the best possible terms for the clients.
- Stay updated on real estate laws, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with accurate and reliable information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team and company.
Qualifications :
- Experience of real estate sales preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, property values, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in real estate software and CRM tools.
