Overview :

- We are hiring a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. The primary focus of this role is to generate leads, establish relationships, and drive sales for our tailored software solutions in the education sector. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of educational technology, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Responsibilities :

Technical Understanding : Collaborate with sales and technical teams to grasp functionalities and capabilities of our technology solutions.

Client Engagement : Conduct in-depth discussions with potential clients, assessing their business needs and challenges.

Technical Assistance : Diagnose and troubleshoot technical queries/incidents, providing necessary assistance.

Solution Alignment : Translate client requirements into technical specifications, demonstrating how our solutions align with their needs.

Consultation : Act as a consultant, offering insights and recommendations on how our technology optimizes business processes.

Presentations and Demonstrations : Develop and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations showcasing the value of our solutions.

Training : Provide software training to users, ensuring effective utilization.

Relationship Building : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their pain points and providing tailored solutions.

Collaboration : Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted collateral and sales materials communicating solution benefits.

Market Awareness : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to position our solutions competitively.

Sales Tracking : Track and report on sales activities, including pipeline status, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Experience : Proven experience in a techno-functional or technical sales role, preferably in the technology/software industry.

Technical Background : Strong technical background with an understanding of software architecture, integration, and implementation processes.

Communication Skills : Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Analytical Mindset : Analytical mindset focusing on understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.

Team Collaboration : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage multiple client engagements.

Software Proficiency : Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.

Travel : Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, presentations, and conferences.
