- Candidate must be a qualified MBA
- Hand holding client team in field operations in the area of sales and distribution
- Field team buy ins and training
- Demonstrate the way / process in which sales tactics are implemented
- Field audits and mystery assessments
- Identify and report process completeness and violations and raise red flag in consultation with project team
- Release capacity of project manager
