Our client is a luxury eyewear retailer with various stores within the region. Offering a wide range of eyewear from leading international brands, they also strive to cultivate a holistic experience in their stores and online platform.
You will be responsible for :
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Ascertaining customer's needs and recommending and displaying items that meet these.
- Managing the point-of-sale processes, orders & deliveries
- Ensuring maintenance of inventory accuracy and receiving shipments.
- Staying up to date on products, market and trends.
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Understanding the global brand strategy and visual guidelines and adapting them to domestic market needs.
- Presenting products in-store and in windows in a way to attract customers and encourage sales.
- Ensuring installations are compliant with architecture guidelines and concepts.
- Providing regular reporting and feedback to management on VM performance and inventory flow
- Identifying and streamlining retail processes to improve store productivity and enhance employee and client experience.
- Being involved in the stock taking & stock audit process
- Ensuring all projects and policies conform to brand and regulatory guidelines.
The Profile :
- You have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within Menswear/Womenswear & Accessories
- You have good experience in Visual Merchandising.
- You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are fluent in English with strong communication skills to be able to interact with customers
