Consultant - Digital Field Sales - IT Service & Consulting Firm (3-14 yrs)

Job Description: TransTec Services, a service and consulting company with specific skills in the fields of ICT and IT, is looking for a talented Digital Field Sales Consultant to join their successful team, operating within the Indian state.

Responsibilities and duties:

- The resource will be responsible for promoting and developing the sale of software solutions wearable devices.

- He/she will identify the target companies, acquiring and retaining new customers, and will consolidate the commercial activity on the Customers in the portfolio.

- He/she will be able to operate independently, taking care of all the commercial aspects, focusing on the pre-sales phase, the preparation of commercial offers and negotiations.

- He/she will monitor the quality of the services provided respecting the service levels defined with the Customers.

- He/she will have to carry out promotional activities for TransTec Services solutions related to the company's strategies and procedures; draw up periodic reports on the performed activity and on the market trends.

Required skills:


- A proven track record of success in more the one of the following B2B fields: Industrial Automation, Installation and Machinery Maintenance, Inspection, and Quality Control (Architects and Engineers), Security Service, Public, and Private Surveillance, Medicine, Training in the Field.

- Have a solid new business ability and quality customer service expertise

- Good knowledge of the territory

- Identifying, attracting and onboarding new clients

- Be self-motivated, professional and passionate about the sales industry

- Have superior expertise in sales, a minimum of 3 year experience

- First-rate interpersonal skills

- Be able to network and negotiate

The function includes :


- Attending sales meetings, conferences, and events

- Dealing with customer issues and handle them in a professional manner

- Keeping update with the product developments

- Implementing new sales or marketing strategies

- Scheduling appointments, calls, and meetings

Education: He/she has at least a bachelors degree, typically in a business-related fields
