Consultant - Customer Success - Recruiting Platform (3-6 yrs)

What will you be doing ?

You will be responsible for ensuring that the customer needs are met. Analyze the recruitment process of the customer and provide solutions through the product. Work closely with the Customer Success Manager to understand requests coming from the customer and deliver solutions.

- Use a metirc-driven approach to build an employee referral program brand within the client organization

- Collaborate with customers to develop, launch, and manage campaigns focused on engagement

- Conduct end user trainings & other initiatives to drive product adoption

- Use a data-driven approach to ascertaining interest, awareness, participation, and outcome

- Support sourcing leadership with ideas, insights, and reports for enabling faster decision making

- Handle employee referral program queries, run periodic scores and improve the referral program experience

- Provide support on queries/issues reported by end users, conduct analysis on issues, collaborate with engineering team to provide resolutions

- Provide data-driven reports highlighting key recruiting metrics impacted by the program

- Liaison between your customers and internal teams

- Provide feedback and intelligence to the Product team to identify new potential features and use cases

- The ideal candidate is someone who listens to what customers have to say, puts forth forward-thinking ideas, excels in creative problem solving, and loves interacting with customers

- Analytical and data driven with ability to use data to draw insights in reports and dashboards

- Excellent interpersonal organizational, presentation, and English communication skills

- Comfortable with learning new technology

- Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders
