Consultant - Business Development/Sales - BPO Startup (0-3 yrs)
Looking for a freelance/fresher Business Development Consultant for a young startup. Consultant from BPO industry would be a plus. He/She must fulfil the following requirements and qualifications :
Responsibilities :
- Previous working experience as a Business Development Consultant for 0-3 years
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- A proven track record of providing actionable solutions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Excellent presentation skills
