Consultant - Agency Growth - HR Technology Firm (5-10 yrs)
Seeking a Business Savvy Person with at least 5 years of active sales or marketing or management experience in an agency environment.
The role will involve marketing and promoting and will suit a person who enjoys communication daily with people both online and on the phone. As you would be dealing directly with interested parties and submitting the proposals.
As an independent member of our team, you will be self-motivated, organised, and be able to show initiative. We- re seeking people who are ambitious like to succeed, are great communicators and regard helping others as important. You must want to provide a high level of service and operate with integrity, lead by example inspiring them to also achieve their full potential.
The Opportunity :
- Part-Time/freelance role where you help a young agency grow up and in return earn part of the business that you bring in.
- You need to have agency experience and should know how to increase the company from three clients to 20 clients.
- Work from home or away with your laptop & phone
