We are currently seeking a full-time Sales Executive based in Noida to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving sales and promoting our training and safety solutions to professionals in the construction industry.


Responsibilities include :

1. Initiating outbound calls to potential customers based on leads provided by the team or generated through other sources.

2. Qualifying leads to determine their level of interest and potential as customers by asking relevant questions to understand their needs and budget.

3. Maintaining a thorough understanding of the products or services offered to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.

4. Developing and delivering persuasive sales pitches that highlight key selling points and address potential customer concerns or objections.

5. Building positive and professional relationships with potential customers to establish trust and rapport, which is crucial for successful sales.

6. Addressing objections or concerns raised by potential customers and providing suitable solutions or information to overcome these objections.

7. Effectively closing sales by guiding potential customers through the purchasing process, discussing pricing, and facilitating the completion of transactions.

8. Following up with leads that require additional nurturing or time to make a decision by sending follow-up emails, providing additional information, or addressing lingering concerns.

9. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the sales manager or the organization.

10. Adapting to changes in products, services, or sales strategies and incorporating feedback from supervisors to improve performance.

11. Effectively managing time to maximize the number of calls made and ensuring efficient use of working hours.

12. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and adhering to ethical standards during all customer interactions.
