Conscient - Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Guest Relations (5-9 yrs)
POSITION : AM/DM-Guest Relations
LOCATION : Gurgaon, India
Job Purpose :
- Looking for smart, presentable and polished sales enthusiasts to join Conscient to manage the Guest relations for Conscient's customers and support sales team with the insights about the customer interactions.
Job Responsibilities :
- Attend the walk-in customers at the sales office and present the company product.
- Provide delightful customer experience by engaging them and helping with their queries politely and with professionalism.
- Bond with customers and build strong relationship to support sales team with the insights.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base.
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of projects, pricing and new project releases.
Job Specification :
- Minimum 4-5 yrs. experience in sales/handling customers.
- Well spoken-articulate, fluent in Hindi and English.
- Well turned out & well groomed.
- Very pleasant personality, dynamic & impressive personality
- People's person, engaging and charming.
- Able to easily strike up a conversation and help customers feel welcome, respected and appreciated.
- Customer orientation.
