Conneqt Business Solutions limited, Bengaluru is looking for an energetic, tech-savvy and efficient customer service associate to be part of our reputed organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
1) Answer inbound calls, chats and emails from customers.
2) Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries efficiently.
3) Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
4) Friendly and understanding to the customer needs/requirements.
REQUIREMENTS :
1) Proficient in English, Hindi and Kannada.
2) Excellent verbal and Written English communication skills.
3) Ready to work in 24/7 rotational shifts with one weekly off of your choice (6 days work).
4) Looking for freshers and experienced candidates (0-1 yrs.)
5) Proven customer service skills, typing speed of at least 60 WPM or place of residence 10-15 kms from office is an added advantage.
6) Candidates should be available to join immediately if selected.
QUALIFICATION : Graduate (any stream)
