Responsibilities :


1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers, providing information about our services and products.

4. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets to contribute to the company's growth and revenue goals.


5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes, sales orders, and customer information.


6. Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide appropriate solutions in a professional and courteous manner.


7. Collaborate with team members and sales managers to share best practices, ideas, and strategies to optimize sales performance.


8. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry developments to effectively communicate product benefits and features.


9. Follow established sales scripts and guidelines while adapting communication style to individual customer needs.


10. Utilize CRM software and other tools to manage customer data, track sales activities, and ensure effective follow-up with leads.
