Job Summary :
- We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal the candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and how they can be used to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the company's social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with overall marketing and brand strategies
- Liaise with the content & creative team to develop social media content, including graphics, videos, and written content
- Work closely with our in-house studio team to develop engaging video content around health care
- Engage with social media followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Analyze social media data to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure social media content aligns with overall marketing and brand strategies
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates
Qualifications :
- Minimum 4 years of experience in social media management
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and how they can be used to achieve business objectives
- Experience developing and executing social media campaigns
- Experience creating social media content, including graphics, videos, and written content
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer is preferred
