Concerto Software & Systems - Manager - Business Development (6-12 yrs)
- Handing Merchant portfolio of Enterprise, SME, SMB, Corporate, Retail & Bank alliance partners to drive business for Payment Gateway solution.
- Drive acquisition & activation of new merchants to ensure business goals are met.
- Map & develop strong working relationships with key influencers for the assigned banks. It should include mapping the various teams in the assigned banks thoroughly and plot them out to an organogram of the banks.
- Reaching out to prospective merchants, making pitches, and outlining the benefits of associating with Concerto Software & Systems.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding of Merchants associated with Concerto Software and Systems.
- Develop strategy for acquisition of merchants, retailers from various segments.
- Responsible for sourcing, generating, closing new acquisitions for product and solution portfolio of Concerto Software & Systems.
- Coach & mentor, the team in acquisition and relationship management.
- Planning, formulating and implementing promotional strategies to increase market penetration and visibility.
- Should be prepared to travel across to develop a market.
- Achieving sales targets.
