Position- Customer Services (Voice Process)

Location : Bangalore, India

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Handle incoming/outgoing requests from the customers to ensure prompt resolutions of the queries resulting in complete satisfaction & acceptance.

- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.

- Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customers experience.

Generic & Behavioral Skills :

- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.

- Should be proficient with computers.

- Display highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.

- Should have strong decision making and analytical abilities

- Willing to work in a flexible schedule

Qualification & Experience:-

Graduate - Fresher's/Experienced can apply.

Under graduate - with min. 6 month of experience
