Concentrix - Customer Service Role - German/French Language (0-3 yrs)
Position - Customer Service in German/French Language
Qualification & Experience :
B1 or above equivalent degree in German / French from reputed institute Undergraduate or Graduate Fresher
Graduate - Fresher's can apply.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle and respond to customers requests via mail/chat to ensure prompt resolutions of the queries resulting in complete satisfaction & acceptance.
- Efficiently gather complete information to access and fulfill customer needs
- Communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues.
Generic & Behavioral Skills :
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing in German Language.
- Should be proficient with computers.
- Display highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Should have strong decision making and analytical abilities
- Willing to work in a flexible schedule .
