Brief Role Description:

We are looking for a passionate Business Development Manager who is willing to drive Revenue Growth. (S)he will be Business Development Manager and will be responsible for growing existing and creating new accounts and footprints. Principal Accountability :

Financial

1. Achieving a Topline Year on Year growth target while aligning with margin and other business acquisition guidelines and carry targets linked compensation: order booking, revenue targets, new leads.

2. Make sure revenue/gross margin and profitability targets from the region are achieved

3. Scan the market place for relevant opportunities for the product lines

4. Should lead Sales support/Pre-Sales activities (Solution architecture, RFP response, Hardware dimensioning, pricing, commercial negotiation).


Customer Feedback :

1. Be the domain expert for customers and prospects to engage and advise.

2. Build and maintain a solid understanding of our portfolio, strategy, operations, performance, and revenue generation

3. Consult Client on Portfolio performance and growth

4. Effectively articulate product value proposition

5. Product marketing (Lead generation, roadshows, conference presentations, product evangelization, sales training, sales collateral, funnel management).

Quality of Outcome and Business Process :

1. Outline process flows, define operating rules and policies, responsibilities, and performance metrics

2. Understanding of various sales-related tools for enabling efficiency

Collaboration and Team Work :

1. Working in concert with Product Management, Product Development teams within the Business Unit, and working closely with the Delivery management and sales teams.

1. Feeding new product ideas, product modification suggestions into the Product Management teams

2. Lead scheduled review with existing accounts and suggesting appropriate improvement plans for existing accounts.

2. Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

3. Strong strategic acumen coupled with execution capability

4. Excellent communication skills, matured in conduct and command
