Comviva - Executive - Sales Operation (3-5 yrs)

Key responsibilities

- Responsible for supporting AOP planning and sales forecasting

- Conduct analysis to understand the health of the sales pipeline drawing insight to support the formulation of appropriate action plans

- Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the Global Market Units and Product unit organization

- Building out a Centre of Excellence: data analysis, forecasting and reporting of key sales metrics to empower data driven decision making.

- Collaborate across multiple teams (Finance, Marketing, bid Management) to drive sales governance and growth

- Coordinate and liaise with relevant stakeholders for various forums like Annual Semi-annual sales meet, KRA reviews, leadership reviews, Global Market Units reviews etc

- Other projects and initiatives as needed to support on-going Global Sales Operations engagement.

- Drill-down analysis of KPIs and business measures to find the areas of opportunities and individual outliers

Functional Competencies:

- High-level written and verbal communication skills

- Good knowledge of sales planning, sales forecasting and pipeline management. Working knowledge of sales tools like SFDC, Power BI or equivalent is preferred

- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with senior leadership

- Excellent multi-tasking capabilities

- Problem solving & Result oriented

- Proactive and Self-starter with inclination/drive towards sales

- Must be able to work independently and collaborate effectively across functions

- Ability to work in a multicultural, multi geography environment
