Computer Ware - Account Manager - Sales (2-5 yrs)
you will be the one point contact for Client accounts- in Delhi / NCR- ( corporates, PSU and Govt) that are assigned to you
you would understand and map their IT Enterprise requirements and suggest and sell solutions based on :
1. IT Technology products, - servers, AIO, large format display- (indoor / outdoor), Desktops, laptops, etc
2. Networking- monitoring, optimisaing, managment
3. Security- network, email, 2 facto authentication solutions, firewalls etd
4. Storage and BackUp - on premise, cloud,
5. Collaborative solutions- vedeo conferencing- Pexip, Polycom
6. Internet/ Intranet based Software Applications and Solutions
- To understand customer needs, and manage customer accounts especially in Public Sector/Govt accounts
- Competently handle large accounts in PSU/Govt as Account Manager.
- Keep abreast with trends in IT and technology worldwide
- Direct sales Job- field job- B2B clients in Central/ south Delhi mainly Govt/ PSU/vCorporates
Desired Skills and Experience :
- PASSION for SALES and TECHNOLOGY, SELF MOTIVATED, PROBLEM SOLVER
- BTech/ MTech/ BCA/ BSc
- Graduates of IT / Electronics streams will be preferred
- Good Understanding of Computers .
- Certification like CCNA are desireable
- Bright BTech Freshers can apply
- 2- 5 years Relevant experience in IT Industry / Enterprise Solutions/ Business Automation Solutions
- At least 1 year experience in Public Sector sales desireable
- Experience in managing customer accounts
- Basic Knowledge of Networking, Servers, Software etc. Willingness to learn more
- Strong Communication skills ( verbal & written)
- Internet savvy with comfort on MS office usage
