Computer Ware - Account Manager - Sales (1-4 yrs)

SUMMARY

- Manage a set of Key Accounts- operating as a single point of contact to your customers

- Understand, Architect and Deliver solutions spanning the IT Network/ Security/ Infrastructure needs of Enterprise Customers (Technical team helps in architecting)

- Delhi - NCR Govt./ Corporate/ PSU clients

- Direct Sales Job- Govt/ PSU clients mainly- Delhi / NCR based

Key goals & responsibilities:

IT PRODUCTS, SERVICE and SOLUTIONS SALES

- As Account manager you would be the single point of contact for any matters specific to your customers.

- Execute complete sales lifecycle from prospecting, establishing contact, product presentations, negotiating, closures and account management.

- GO and meet customers- if possible--else work REMOTE via calls/meets/ etc

As a sales person to the accounts mapped to you, you will

- Interact with and map customer IT & Network Enterprise Business needs

- Manage Engine Solutions (IT Network performance management/ version/password controls/ security)

- Data storage (on premise and cloud solutions, NAS, SAN)

- Network management, (servers, storage, firewalls)

- Data Centre Infrastructure, Virtualisation and associated solutioning (HPE, ECG, CSG, Servers, Networking)

- Unified Communications/Video Conferencing solutions (UTMs, VC from Polycom, Pexip, etc)

- IT/ Network Security

Desired Skills & Experience

Passion for quality Sales, ability to research best fit solutions, Self Motivated, Team worker

Educational / Technical Qualification:

- BE Communications/Networking, MCA. Preferred.

- CCNA or similar Networking courses. Desired

- Good Knowledge of Networking, Servers, Software etc. Willingness to learn more

- Possess strong technical awareness of cloud based IT solutions and industry

- Ability to deliver value in a fast-paced environment

- Self learner who practices constant knowledge upskilling.

- Decent Communication skills (verbal & written), Good presentation skills

- Internet & productivity applications proficient user

- Bright freshers can apply/ sales experience 1-4 years
