ABOUT THE DIGITAL MARKETING/PAID ADS SPECIALIST POSITION :


We're looking for a Paid Ads Specialist to join our Marketing team in India. You'll work on a cross-functional and cross-continent team of content creators, graphic designers, digital marketers, and business leaders to drive lead conversion and strengthen.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage paid acquisition channels like Google Ads, Instagram and Facebook Ads. Analyze the results and optimize individual campaigns.

- Execute campaigns for different stages of buyers journey to drive conversions.

- Optimize campaigns by refining keywords, ad copy, landing pages, and A/B tests.

- Work closely with graphic designers and content marketers to align paid search goals.

- Be responsible for the ROI of dozens of campaigns you execute.

- Own, drive, and report on crucial marketing efficiency metrics such as CAC, LTV, and, ROAS.

- Understand your target audience and customer behaviors. You create strategies and campaigns, understanding the entire user journey from account creation until purchase.

- Come up with a hypothesis and test it scientifically to consolidate learnings, thereby increasing the baseline of the team's quality.

- Document findings in a structured way to contribute to the company's global knowledge base.

- Collaborate with international peers in other geographical markets to keep the highest possible baseline quality in your campaigns.

Qualification & Skills :

- Self-starter, fast-learner, and hard-worker with strong attention to detail.

- Strong work ethic, high integrity, and a team-player with positive attitude

- Bachelors degree and relevant certifications; MBA strongly preferred.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Preferred candidates from ICSE/ISC or CBSE Board.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English proficiency).

- 5+ Years experience in Google Ads, Paid Ads, facebook, instagram ads, SEO, performance marketing optimization.

- In- depth knowledge and understanding of Social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Google, Pinterest etc) and lead generation.

- Analyze and improve existing onsite SEO as per the standard practices.

- Working on link building strategies and experience on white hat SEO.

- Experience in content marketing. Candidates who have worked on content websites in past with proven results will be given preference.

- Ability to analyze, show competitive keyword ranking on search engines like Google and Yahoo.

- Achieving monthly targets in terms of keyword ranking and organic traffic.

- Should have knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools.

- Manage and maintain updates for large keyword lists.

- Prepare detailed strategy reports.

- Review and analyze the website to find areas of improvement.
