Community Samvada, a hyperlocal news magazine, is looking for a Client Servicing and Sales Support Manager who will be responsible for Selling/booking advertising space to SMEs and Corporates in the Noida location

Responsibilities :

Lead Generation : By Collecting Pamphlets, get the info on new outlets opening in our territory,

Calling & Generating Meetings : Give calls to prospective clients and generate meetings for the sales team.

- Create and maintain the records in CRM/Excel formats

- Generate Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/six monthly and Yearly Reports

Advert Designing :

- Take a brief from the client for designing their advertisements. Conceptualize and get the advertisement designed with the help of the DTP operator. Take the Final Approval from the client for printing. (A small training will be given by the management)

- Need to make sure that all the advertisements that are booked colony/sector-wise are going in the print edition. (there is a certain process that is followed, that will be taught to them by the management)

- She will need to support the Sales Team at all times.

- She will need to take care of the deadlines set for various jobs

- She will need to perform other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by her Manager.

Skills, Knowledge & Attitude :

- The candidate should be Fluent in English communication

- Should be an extrovert and have the ability to Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & colleagues,

- Energetic and Go-getter

- Understanding of marketing principles in advertising designs, Prioritising client satisfaction and going the extra mile to exceed client expectations.
